This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

  Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs

• 
  

  Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities

• 
  

  Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

• 
  

  Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

• 
  

  Supporting with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and record keeping
