We''re recruiting dynamic educators to bring experience, innovation, and excellence to primary schools across Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. YOUR DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF:1. Supporting Teaching and Learning Delivering planned lessons or learning activities in the teacher''s absence. Supporting individuals or groups of pupils, especially those with additional needs. Assisting with the planning of learning activities under the teacher''s guidance. Monitoring pupils'' progress and providing feedback to teachers.2. Assessment and Record-Keeping Contributing to the assessment of pupils by recording observations and progress. Supporting teachers in evaluating the effectiveness of learning activities.3. Pastoral Support Providing emotional support and encouragement to pupils. Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. Supporting pupils with personal, social, or emotional challenges. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: HLTA qualification (essential). Strong behaviour management skills. A minimum of 2 years'' UK HLTA experience. Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training). An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
