Chef Manager

to lead the catering service at a welcoming local primary school in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children''s daily experience by delivering nutritious, high-quality meals in a friendly and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve fresh, tasty, and nutritious meals to a high standard.Plan menus with consideration for dietary needs and food allergies.Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, including accurate record-keeping.Lead and motivate a small kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Manage food orders, stock control, and supplier relationships.Support company initiatives and assist with new contract mobilisations when needed.Deliver training and support to new team members.What We''re Looking For:A qualified chef with experience in a similar role.Strong leadership and organisational skills.A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and menu planning.Reliability and a genuine passion for food and service.What We Offer:A rewarding role in a school environment with a great work-life balance.Term-time only working - enjoy school holidays off!Full training and uniform provided.Supportive management and opportunities for development.
