40 hours per week - working a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, Monday to Sunday
Salary range - £47,080 - £55,640
We offer flexibility in working arrangements, including the option to work term-time only (40 working weeks) a full 52-week contract, or something in between. The salary will be based on the agreed number of working weeks.

The Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations within the school, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing kitchen staff. You will also be involved in menu planning, cost control, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional food service.

As our ideal Chef Manager you will
:-Have excellent craft skills and the ability to manage your own kitchenPreferably have experience of working in the independent school sectorHave proven experience of managing, training and leading a teamHave a proven track record of continually improving standardsHave good communication skills at all levelsBe passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detailHave financial and budget awarenessHave the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime if required.
