Due to growth within their Commercial Team, a permanent role for a Senior Account Executive / Account Director has arisen.Your new roleYour new role as a Senior Account Executive / Director will be based in the Commercial team, where you will play a key part in merging 2 offices into London Northwest office, helping to integrate teams and maintain continuity of client service during the transition. This role is a combination of hands-on client management, business development, and line management of a team (predominantly Account handlers). The line management element of this role will include people management, overseeing personal development, conflict and issue resolution, as well as training and development management.
