The Distribution Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of our most strategically important capabilities, including evolving IAGCargo.com into a centralised, customer-centric digital hub.This is a high-impact, commercially accountable role responsible for translating strategic goals into executable product plans that deliver measurable business value. You will coordinate across IT, Digital Sales, Marketing, and external platforms to meet digital adoption, capability, and revenue targets.To succeed, you must blend commercial acumen with digital fluency, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to define, prioritise, and deliver enhancements that elevate the performance of our distribution ecosystem and accelerate the shift to digital self-service.Your work will enable scalable, automated distribution channels — unlocking new revenue, reducing cost of sale, and elevating customer experience.
What you’ll doProduct Strategy and Roadmap Leadership
Own the business vision and prioritisation of iagcargo.com and digital distribution capabilities, ensuring alignment with IAG Cargo’s strategy.
Define and maintain a product roadmap that supports digital revenue growth, customer self-service, and cost reduction.
Lead the delivery of the distribution business case, ensuring initiatives contribute to commercial growth and cost efficiency.
Translate strategic goals into prioritised product features, benefits cases, and backlog decisions, informed by customer insights, market research, and internal feedback.
Cross-Functional Alignment and Stakeholder Management
Serve as the senior business voice within agile delivery teams, ensuring IT and commercial functions remain aligned.
Align digital distribution strategy with third-party platforms and key partners for scalable delivery across channels.
Coordinate with Marketing, Pricing, and Sales to ensure digital capabilities are commercially activated and aligned with go-to-market plans.
Capability Development and Value Delivery
Deliver the integrated hub vision for IAGCargo.com as the digital core of customer interaction.
Drive product performance reviews, tracking benefit realisation against defined KPIs and cost efficiency targets.
Identify opportunities to introduce new distribution features or integrations that enhance customer experience and channel performance.
Champion a product-led mindset and continuous improvement to evolve IAG Cargo’s digital ecosystem.
Qualifications and SkillsSenior experience in product management, commercial transformation, or digital capability delivery.
Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through platform enhancements.
Deep understanding of agile processes, prioritisation, and value delivery.
Experience working with digital commerce, booking platforms, or B2B customer tools (preferably in logistics, travel, or e-commerce).
Product thinking: structuring epics/features/user stories based on business needs.
Stakeholder engagement: presenting product updates to senior and technical audiences.
Analytical mindset: analyzing performance trends, conversion data, and customer usage to inform decisions.
