Our Upper funnel demand team imagines the ideal experience for our consumers and works backwards, creating innovative products to delight users as they search for our products and engage with our international websites.Develop strategic and empathetic insight for our consumers.Own and drive the overall roadmap for consumer engagement from first site visit to product purchase, potentially lasting days to months.Lead initiatives to better match consumer intents in time and space with digital solutions that increase engagement and utility.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to drive business and user outcomes.Drive alignment across product teams (Technology, Design, User Research) and cross-functional partners (Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Support, Trust, etc.) to prioritize initiatives for wider roll-out or piloting.Provide end-to-end product delivery experience, including writing product requirements and specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and wireframes.Experience with feature delivery and making tradeoffs to optimize product value.Contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy related to the product.Rapid prototyping and use of AI LLM-based tools to validate strategy and perform quick analyses.What we''re looking for
8+ years of experience in product management in digital-first or technology-led product companies.Proven ability to craft and scale international consumer products with measurable impact on user engagement and business KPIs.Strong analytical mindset.Practical experience in user research and UI/UX.Hands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle and in using AI tools to boost productivity.Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams.Excellent project management, scheduling, and prioritisation skills.What you will love about WeRoad
