Head of IT/Infrastructure Manager Our leading client based in South Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Head of IT/Infrastructure Manager to oversee and advance their complex and high-performance IT environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a technically proficient individual who thrives in a dynamic infrastructure setting. You will manage a small, skilled team while playing a pivotal role in the strategic planning and ongoing development of the company''s IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure with a focus on performance, reliability, and security. Investigate, resolve, and document technical incidents and service interruptions. Deliver detailed reporting and strategic recommendations on infrastructure improvements and future direction. Generate and present customer-facing reports, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds SLA commitments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and growth. Technical Requirements: Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server administration. In-depth knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware (Firewalls, Routers, Switches). Familiarity with web hosting environments and Microsoft IIS.
