This is a pivotal leadership role leading three key teams Individual Giving, Legacies and In-Memory, and Supporter Care to deliver long-term income growth and ensure supporters feel valued, inspired, and connected to the mission. You ll shape and implement multi-year strategies, oversee campaign innovation, and ensure best-in-class supporter journeys across all channels. You ll also play a key role in cross-organisational projects, championing a supporter-first culture and data-driven decision-making.
