Learning Support Assistants - Camden Primary Schools

Tradewind Education is working with outstanding primary schools across Camden to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) with a passion for arts, drama, and creative learning. As an LSA, you will:

• Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN, ensuring they access the curriculum fully.

• Assist with arts, drama, and creative projects, bringing lessons to life and inspiring creativity.

• Work 1:1 or in small groups, helping children build confidence, social skills, and resilience.

• Support teachers with planning and delivering differentiated activities, including creative interventions.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all children feel supported.

• Experience working with children in schools or group settings, ideally supporting SEN pupils.

• A background in arts, drama, or creative education.

• Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable individuals who thrive in collaborative, inclusive environments.

• A passion for helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Long-term or day-to-day placements across Camden primary schools.
