Interiors Business Development Executive (BDE) As the business grows across residential and commercial sectors, the Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sustainable growth. Acting as a vital link between the market, customers, and the internal sales team, the BDE supports a market-facing Business Development Manager (BDM) in expanding territory and revenue. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and assess new market opportunities quickly and effectively. Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline while cultivating trust with partners. Evaluate opportunities using criteria such as budget, need, authority, and timeline Understand prospects requirements and challenges to propose viable solutions. Identify and engage key decision-makers. Communicate the value proposition clearly to new, existing, and dormant customers. Collaborate with the BDM to drive regional and national growth. Act as a consultant rather than a salesperson, demonstrating empathy, agility, and insight. Conduct outbound communications, including calls, emails, and social media prospecting. Cross-sell products and differentiate offerings from competitors. Organi client engagement activities such as Lunch and Learn sessions and CPDs.
