We''re expanding rapidly in the UK ITSM market and looking for an ambitious sales leader who wants clear ownership, high impact, and big rewards. Sales Manager - Role Summary Purpose A new player-coach role owning new business growth, pipeline generation, deal closing, and the creation of repeatable sales processes. You will directly own the target of securing 10+ new SaaS ITSM customers in 2026. Role Context You start as the sole new-logo sales resource. Your results will determine when we hire additional BDMs. You set the pace, discipline, and standards for activity, forecasting, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Sales Execution Generate new opportunities through outbound activity, networking, and partnerships. Work with Solutions Engineering on discovery and high-impact demos. Build relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders; map key decision makers. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline; hit pipeline and bookings targets. Meet prospects on-site across the UK to progress deals and build trust. Lead by example through hands-on prospecting and full-cycle deal management.
