A welcoming primary school in the Bromford area is looking for a nurturing and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their on-site SEND Hub, supporting a small group of pupils with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a focused and well-resourced environment, offering tailored support to help children thrive.

The role is ideal for someone who has experience with Read Write Inc. phonics and enjoys supporting children with a range of learning differences in a structured setting.

The Role:

• Supporting a small group of pupils within the school''s dedicated SEND Hub
• Delivering targeted interventions and phonics activities (RWI experience preferred)
• Creating a calm and positive learning environment
• Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers
• Encouraging communication, confidence, and independence

We''re Looking For:

• Experience supporting primary-aged SEND pupils
• Confidence delivering structured interventions and routines
• Familiarity with Read Write Inc. phonics (desirable)
• A patient, flexible and positive attitude
