We''re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Wireless Solutions Architect to design and deliver cutting-edge wireless network solutions based on Open RAN, 5G Standalone (SA), and virtualised RAN (vRAN) technologies.In this key role, you''ll shape the architecture of next-generation networks, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and performance across multi-vendor, cloud-native environments. You''ll lead the end-to-end design, validation, and integration of disaggregated RAN systems for both private and public 5G deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement advanced 5G/Open RAN network architectures, including RU/DU/CU components.Define cloud-native, multi-vendor RAN solutions and ensure robust, secure integration across the RAN stack.Evaluate and optimise fronthaul, midhaul, and backhaul interfaces, particularly O-RAN Split 7.2x.Conduct RF planning, propagation modelling, and performance analysis to enhance coverage and capacity.Produce architecture documentation, design specifications, and technical recommendations to guide delivery teams.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology partners to align solutions with strategic objectives and industry standards.Lead technical discussions and provide expert input on system design, interoperability, and optimisation.Expertise andamp; SkillsDeep knowledge of 5G SA, Open RAN, vRAN/xRAN, and cloud-native RAN architecture.Strong understanding of O-RAN interfaces (SMO, RIC, O1/O2/E2) and 5G Core components ..... full job details .....
