This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced LandD professional to play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning programmes, supporting leadership development, and driving talent initiatives across the business.We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and coordination of learning and development programmes across the business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with operational excellence.What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and delivering engaging training and leadership development programmes.Supporting performance management, mentoring, and early careers initiatives.Partnering with stakeholders to tailor learning solutions to business needs.Managing programme logistics, reporting, and internal communications.Overseeing learning systems, coaching arrangements, and study support.What You’ll Bring
