We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a supportive school in Hounslow. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support and help a young learner thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs
• Assist with learning activities, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging
• Support with emotional regulation and behaviour where required
• Build a strong, trusting relationship to support confidence and progress
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with SEN (e.g. Autism, SEMH, or learning difficulties)
• Is patient, calm, and nurturing in their approach
• Can build positive relationships and provide consistent support
• Is proactive, reliable, and committed
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
