Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of Property Owners and General Commercial insurance clients Prepare and process renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business documentation Obtain and negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive cover and premiums Review policy documentation for accuracy and compliance Act as a key point of contact for client queries, providing timely and professional advice Support Account Executives with broking activities, presentations, and client meetings Maintain accurate records on internal systems and ensure FCA compliance at all times Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts Liaise effectively with insurers and stakeholders to resolve queries Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in a Commercial Account Handler role Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products including Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Management Liability, and Professional Indemnity Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to ..... full job details .....
