Account Handler (Commercial Insurance)Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)The RoleAn exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Handler to support Account Executives in managing and developing a portfolio of Property Owners and General Commercial insurance clients.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, ensuring retention, and supporting new business growth within a dynamic, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of Property Owners and General Commercial insurance clientsPrepare and process renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business documentationObtain and negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive cover and pricingReview policy documentation for accuracy and complianceAct as a key point of contact for client queries, providing timely and professional adviceSupport Account Executives with broking activities, presentations, and client meetingsMaintain accurate records on internal systems and ensure FCA compliance at all timesIdentify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accountsLiaise effectively with insurers and other stakeholders to resolve queriesSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a Commercial Account Handler roleStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including:PropertyLiabilityMotor FleetManagement LiabilityProfessional IndemnityExcellent communication and ..... full job details .....
