We’re seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our team, covering residential and commercial properties across the South East, including London. This is a regional role with a genuine work-life balance, supported by the tools and time you need to carry out thorough assessments.

The Role
 
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will:

• Carry out Type 1–Type 3 fire risk assessments on-site (Monday–Thursday).
• Use a Fire Assessment App on iPad/Android to complete reports on the day.
• Benefit from Fridays set aside exclusively for report write-ups – no site visits.
• Work regionally, avoiding excessive national travel.
• Attend regular CPD sessions to maintain and develop your skills.

You
 
To succeed as a Fire Risk Assessor, you’ll need:

• Proven experience delivering fire risk assessments.
• A recognised qualification in fire safety management and/or risk assessment from one of the following (or equivalent):
  
  • Fire Protection Association (FPA)
  • Fire Industry Association (FIA)
  • Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE)
  • NEBOSH
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, timely reports.
