Fire Risk Assessor - Freelance Ongoing Contract North West We are seeking an experienced Freelance Fire Risk Assessor to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a long-term, ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a large, complex healthcare estate, covering multiple hospitals and clinical facilities.The Role: Carry out comprehensive fire risk assessments across a varied hospital portfolio. Advise on remedial actions and compliance in line with current fire safety legislation. Provide clear, concise reports and practical recommendations to the client s FM team. Support ongoing improvements in life safety, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor within healthcare, large estates, or complex facilities. Relevant qualifications (NEBOSH Fire, IFSM, IFE, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of HTM/Healthcare fire standards preferred. Ability to work independently and manage assessments across multiple sites.
