What does the Sales Executive role entail?

When you start with elix, you will be working as a resourcer for a senior sales director with over 10 years'' experience. Initially, your duties will consist of the following:

*Carrying out market research and gathering data, to assist with new business development
*Relationship building with candidates, who we will be supporting to find a new job
*Speaking with our customers to provide them with updates and market insights

On completion of your training period, you will be promoted to a sales consultant. You will be given increasing amounts of responsibility and become more self-sufficient. This comes with a basic salary pay rise and increased commission rates - Drastically increasing your earning potential.
