This is a relatively new role focused on the creation and development of a new Customer Service functionDescriptionProvide clear leadership and guidance to the internal Customer Service functionResponsibility for Order Management, ensuring the accurately and timely input of customer ordersProvide UK and International customer with information on product availability, lead times, and pricingProactively update customers with any potential changes to their ordersProvide support to field sales and account managers around administration, customer support and on-boarding new customersWork closely with production and logistics to manage the smooth and timely flow of customer orders, ensuring and changes or delays are managed accordinglyReview, improve and implement standard operating procedures across the department with a view on efficiency and customer satisfactionEnsure CRM systems is best utilised to capture customer dataTake ownership of any escalated customer issuesProfileStrong people management experience in a similar role or environmentAbility to build strong working relationships internally and externallyExperience implementing new process and proceduresStrong attention to detailJob OfferThis is an exciting ..... full job details .....
