Customer Services Team Leader

Sewell Wallis is working with a well-established, growing West Yorkshire business based in the Bradford area, which is currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Team Leader to join the business and support the customer service team.As Customer Services Team Leader you will play a key role within the Customer Services Team. You will use your experience and expertise to be the first point of contact for complex and technical queries of the team and will provide additional support to the Customer Care and Quality Manger and Customer Services Manager.What will you be doing?
