With an exciting period of change and growth underway, this business is seeking a confident and experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HR team covering Wales.The OpportunityReporting into the HR Director, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the people strategy across several key sites, including Newport and Cardiff, embedding cultural change, and ensuring HR is seen as a trusted and visible partner across the region.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, operational environment and is passionate about driving engagement, trust, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Lead on a variety of employee relations matters, including complex casework.Partner with senior and middle management to influence and implement people strategy.Support organisational change, restructuring, and workforce planning aligned with budgets.Build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Drive cultural and behavioural change, embedding best practice HR across sites.Coach and support the HR Advisor, ensuring consistency and professional excellence.Act as a visible and approachable presence within the business, providing sound, pragmatic HR advice.
