Our client, a well-established and highly regarded consultancy based in Gloucestershire, Stonehouse has an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.The successful Operations Manager should have: Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced administrative or customer service environmentStrong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systemsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectivelyA proactive, analytical approach with strong problem-solving abilities In this role, the Operations Manager will be responsible for: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of administrative staffOverseeing day-to-day operations including order processing and customer service deliveryManaging CRM/ERP systems, quotations, and the full order lifecycle from enquiry through to completionProducing and analysing performance reports, forecasts, and business insights for senior leadershipActing as a key point of contact for clients, resolving complex queries and supporting long-term relationships Our client is offering the successful Operations Manager a salary in the region of £35,000 £45,000, plus benefits including 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing, forward-thinking organisation.If ..... full job details .....
