Administrator (Part Time) - Pension Risk Transfer Team

Working across a wide range of sectors, including pensions and benefits, investments, insurance, energy, health, sports, and data analytics, we help our clients navigate complexity in order to take the action that matters.What will you be doing?Providing support to the Pension Risk Transfer Team Co-ordinator and the wider teamCo-ordinating meetings, roundtable sessions, internal and external team events, including scheduling and handling logisticsAssisting in the production of written or visual materials (such as presentations, training materials, agendas, meeting notes) to LCP’s quality standards using in-house templates and adhering to house style rulesAssisting in updating the team’s internal Connect page and LCP’s CRM system (D365)Assisting in electronic document filing and keeping internal team project records up to dateDeputising on selective tasks for Team Co-ordinator when requiredCollaborating with colleagues to support team goalsSome specific job activities:Using Excel to update records e.g. project pipelines, meeting schedules, rotas, and records to share with other departmentsBooking internal and external meetings and socials, travel arrangements, meeting rooms with refreshments and IT requirements; adhering to LCP’s guidance on client and staff entertaining, using the corporate travel booking system and internal meeting room booking platformAssisting with organising schedule of meetings with external industry contactsAssisting with external and internal meeting presentationsCollecting and electronically filing key advice papers, contracts and precedent documentsTracking invoices and liaising with the finance department to provide required monthly informationAssisting with invoice production in the absence of the Team Co-ordinatorAssisting with collating attendees to attend industry events eg conferences, webinars and ensuring compliance procedures are followedAssisting with organising internal and external team training sessionsInternet research on industry newsWhat skills and experience are we looking for?You will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual with experience in a similar administrative roleComfortable working both independently and as part of a team and be willing to be flexibleStrong oral and written communication skills, with excellent grammar skills for proofreading and writing correspondenceYou will be competent across Microsoft Office applications including good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookWilling to be trained on in-house systems, house style and billing processHighly organised and detail orientatedComfortable with multi-tasking at pace and highly skilled in prioritising tasks and organising work effectively to meet deadlines including in the presence of competing priorities and demandWhat''s in it for you?Take a look at our Glassdoor and Career stories pages to see why our people love being here!
