Lead the English department across Key Stages 3 to 5, driving forward a rich and engaging curriculum.Lead a dedicated team of subject specialists who are committed to delivering high-quality lessons and securing the best outcomes for all students.Shape teaching and learning across the department and contribute to whole-school priorities.Bring fresh thinking, raise expectations and nurture a love of literature and language in every classroom.Manage and develop performance and practice within the department, supporting staff wellbeing and professional growth.Collaborate with Leadership Team to support school-wide aims and strategic initiatives.Role Details
