A boutique real estate consultancy with a 10-year track record of success across multiple service lines is now looking to establish a Business Rates division. With highly profitable existing teams and a strong client base already in place, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to build a market-leading service line from scratch. Role Overview As Head of Business Rates, you will be responsible for creating and leading the new division. You will shape the strategy, recruit and manage the team, and drive business development to leverage the firm s established relationships. This is a highly autonomous and senior role for a proven operator who is entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the commercial ability to scale a successful team within a supportive and dynamic consultancy environment.
