Due to growth, we seek a Building Surveyor for our team in Epsom, working within the Chichester and West Sussex area.The Responsibilities:

Managing multiple projects across sectors, providing comprehensive building surveying duties.Conducting feasibility studies, preparing specifications, obtaining estimates and statutory approvals, and administering refurbishment contracts.Applying standard building contracts such as JCT and NEC.Providing professional building surveying services.Mentoring junior Building Surveyors in the APC program.Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental principles are integrated into project management.Supporting senior managers in daily activities.Line management of junior surveyors.Performing surveys, inspections, and scheme management in the Southwest East Region.Contributing to fee proposals and bids.The Individual:

B.Sc. (Hons) in Building Surveying or equivalent, RICS-accredited.Chartered status preferred.Strong technical surveying knowledge and experience.Experience managing client expectations, profitability, and business development.Mentoring and project management experience.Technical documentation skills, including bids.Full health and safety knowledge.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Why work for AtkinsRéalis?
