What You''ll Do - and How You''ll Make an Impact • Lead efficient rota coordination to ensure continuity of care and a positive experience for every customer • Act as the key link between customers, families, care teams, and professionals, strengthening trust and satisfaction • Support new referrals and care planning, helping our service grow through excellent responsiveness and attention to detail • Use digital systems with confidence to maintain accurate records and streamline operations • Line-manage and support care staff, ensuring they feel confident, valued and motivated • Monitor and optimise service delivery, resolving issues quickly to maintain high standards • Contribute to our on-call rota (8 hours every two weeks, remote from home, paid at an enhanced rate) Your work will directly influence the quality, consistency and growth of our service, giving you the chance to shape how we evolve as ..... full job details .....
