Interim Finance Director - Integration Hertfordshire (2/3 days on site, hybrid) 1000/1250 per day outside IR356 Months+We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to lead the integration of a large B2B business into its new parent company. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring an individual with proven experience of business integration and leading a business through significant change.Key Responsibilities:Lead the integration of the acquired business into the wider group structure.Up-skill and develop the existing finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting.Improve data quality and streamline month-end processes.Produce high-quality management information to support strategic decision-making.Strengthen financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.Key Experience:Demonstrable and significant experience of business integration ( 100MN+)Broader MandA experience.B2B / long term contract experience.ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.Strong leadership presence and gravitas, with the ability to inspire and manage teams through change.Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing finance teams.Proven track record of delivering process improvement at pace.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, complex business environment.This role is private and confidential; unfortunately, no additional information can be released until a CV has been ..... full job details .....
