Due to the location of the property and the timings on breakfast shifts own transport is essential for this role. Live in is available for the right candidate.The role - Sous Chef:To understand the concept of being part of a successful business that is very much team-focused that delivers a fantastic dining experience and to be part of a kitchen brigade where only quality food is delivered to an exceptional standard consistently without compromise.Successful Candidate:This is an ideal job for an experienced Sous chef looking to make the step up, with further opportunities available to develop themselves into a more senior level within the group.
