Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day quality activities and manage the Production Quality team.Implement and standardise quality tools and processes across all value streams.Ensure effective use of APQP, PFMEA, and control plans in production.Drive quality improvements using SPC, OEE, and right-first-time performance measures.Support new product introduction (NPI) from a quality engineering perspective.Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action using tools like 8D, PPS, DMAIC.Manage production scrap through MRB processes.Support supplier quality issue resolution.Maintain and develop quality procedures and policies.Report on quality KPIs and contribute to annual improvement plans.Ensure compliance with AS9100 Rev D, regulatory standards, and audit schedules.Stay up to date with advancements in quality management practices.Key Skills and Experience Required:Strong background in Quality Engineering within AS9100 Rev D environments.Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, PSW, FAIR, ISIR, SPC, and Control Plans.Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.Strong knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GDandT.Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced setting.Attributes:Essential:Proactive and self-motivatedStrong communication and mentoring skillsDetail-oriented and highly organisedLeadership and team management experienceAdaptable and open to changeDesirable:AS9100 ..... full job details .....
