Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are looking for caring and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with autism in a homely and person-centred environment.

• Drivers are preferred, but public transport may be available from certain areas.

• Provide day-to-day support with personal care, daily routines, and life skills.

• Encourage independence, social interaction, and community involvement.

• Monitoring the people you support and reporting any concerns to a team leader or person in charge.

• Filling in various documentation ensuring clear and concise information is documented appropriately

• Promote dignity, choice, and respect in all aspects of care.

• A compassionate and patient approach.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliability and a willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

* Days, nights or mixture of shifts
