We are looking for caring and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with autism in a homely and person-centred environment. Drivers are preferred, but public transport may be available from certain areas. What you ll do: Provide day-to-day support with personal care, daily routines, and life skills. Encourage independence, social interaction, and community involvement.Monitoring the people you support and reporting any concerns to a team leader or person in charge. Filling in various documentation ensuring clear and concise information is documented appropriately Promote dignity, choice, and respect in all aspects of care.
