Buyer - Freelance

To cover Maternity Leave.

We are taking serious applications for this procurement role from a construction background only.

You will work with this leading developer ensuring the quality and the timely arrival-plant, materials and appliances.

You will work as an integral part of the team and be responsible for the procurement of materials required for residential building projects, ensuring they are provided on time and within allocated budgets.

The successful Buyer will be able to demonstrate the below skills and attributes

• Experience as a Buyer within a-construction environment -
• Strong negotiation skills
• Organised and able to manage workload and time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of industry rates
• IT literate with experience of procurement systems
