The Role

Leading and supervising your shift

Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered

Administering and recording medication

Carrying out risk assessments

Supporting residents with daily needs alongside care assistants, promoting independence and activity

Collaborating with the leadership team to develop services

About You

NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)

Well-organised, IT literate, and capable of delegating effectively

Proven leadership and supervisory experience

Understanding of care planning processes

Experience in or willingness to undertake medication administration training

A natural ability to make a positive difference in residents’ lives
