We are seeking a passionate, talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at our renowned and much-loved Josephine restaurants.

As a Sous Chef, you will be an asset to the kitchen Team, assisting in the day-to-day running of kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef and as a mentor to the junior kitchen staff.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience as Sous Chef in similarly fast-paced restaurants, a determination to learn, the ambition to progress and a passion for delivering consistently high-quality cuisine, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Your Role:Assist the Executive Chef / Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production.Ensure menu items meet quality and presentation standards.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve skills and

knowledge.Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage.Adopt measures to minimise waste and optimise inventory levels.
