Sous Chef to join our team in London working in a small team of 3 in the kitchen.

The site is an investment bank basked near Liverpool Street in the City where we provide hospitality. We have a beautiful modern office with a well equipped kitchen.

Location: EC2M 2AT

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday, 7.30am to 4pm with occasional overtime available paid at 1.5

Key Responsibilities:

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ''picture perfect'' every time• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus andorder necessary ingredients
