You will be supporting a range of clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and getting involved across networking, servers, and cloud-based systems. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys problem-solving from first principles and takes pride in seeing issues through to resolution. The role is primarily office-based, with a strong focus on remote support. Occasional travel to client sites may be required where necessary; however, this is infrequent and not a core part of the role.
