In this senior role, you''ll lead the people agenda, drive a positive, high-performing culture, and help shape the LandD strategy to support business growth and success.You''ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure the organisation has the right talent and leadership to achieve its goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a People and LandD strategy aligned to business objectives.Advise and challenge senior leaders, contributing at Board level.Lead initiatives to embed a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.Oversee leadership development, performance management, and skill gap identification.Lead workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring policies are compliant and effective.Drive collaboration and continuous improvement within the People function.About You: You''re an experienced People leader with a strong background in HR and/or LandD. You have a strategic mindset, hands-on experience, and are comfortable advising senior stakeholders.
