Sales Development Representative (SDR)Maidenheadandnbsp;£50,000 base salaryWe''re working with a growing technology company looking for their first Sales Development Representative to build and run their outbound lead generation function.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold calling and creating new opportunities. You''ll generate and qualify leads before handing them over to the account management team.You''ll also help shape the SDR function from the ground up - defining process, pipeline flow and key KPIs as the business grows.What you''ll be doingGenerating new B2B opportunities.Using Apollo and HubSpot to identify and manage prospectsFollowing up marketing-generated and inbound leadsRunning initial discovery calls and qualifying opportunitiesBooking meetings and handing qualified opportunities to the sales teamHelping build the lead generation process, pipeline and activity metricsWhat they''re looking forExperience working as an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation or Inside Sales professionalStrong B2B outbound prospecting experienceComfortable with high call volumes and proactive outreachExperience using Apollo, HubSpot or similar CRM/sales toolsUnderstanding of sales pipelines, lead flow and SDR KPIsExperience in technology, AV, IT services, SaaS or workplace technology would be beneficial.This is a great opportunity to build the SDR function from the ground up and play a key role in the company''s growth. ..... full job details .....
