This is a pivotal opportunity with a Tier 1 main contractor, delivering a flagship scheme within the industrial and logistics sector.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, excellent contractual knowledge, and the confidence to lead commercial strategy on site while mentoring junior members of the team.Key Responsibilities:Take full commercial ownership of the 30m project from pre-construction through to final accountPrepare and manage accurate cost reports, CVRs, cash flows, and forecastsOversee procurement, negotiation, and administration of subcontract packagesLead monthly valuations, variations, and final accountsEnsure compliance with NEC or JCT contract forms as appropriateWork closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to ensure successful deliveryDevelop and maintain relationships with client and consultant teamsProvide leadership and mentoring to Assistant/Intermediate QS staffIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (HNC/HND with extensive ..... full job details .....
