HR and Business Support Manager - Spider is advertising on behalf of a fast-growing luxury homeware retail business that has been established for 10 years. They are seeking an experienced HR and Business Support Manager, who has a generalist HR experience and is happy to work in a standalone role, ideally with previous office manager/ business support experience, to join their team in a new role, on a permanent, part-time basis at their Head Office in North London.Fantastic company benefits include:Competitive £18,000 pro rata for 2 days per week (salary:£45,000 per annum FTE)Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (FTE)Additional: Birthday day off, Pension, Vitality healthcare, Cycle to Work scheme, Perk Box benefit platform, 40% discount off productAbout the roleAs a part-time HR and Business Support Manager, you will support the Senior Leadership Team and manage daily office operations, while providing comprehensive HR and payroll support. Due to continued growth and EU expansion, there is strong potential for progression, making this an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
