HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER REQUIREDA rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a rapidly expanding, modern, mid sized legal firm in the Essex/East London area.Applicants will have previous experience as an HR Manager ideally in the LEGAL INDUSTRY but the firm would consider someone with ACCOUNTANCY background, have a good understanding of the intricacies of running a successful legal practice.Duties will include but are not limited to:HR duties (although not exhaustive!):-Overseeing Business Support Services recruitment and selection;Contract compliance and relevant paperwork (ID, proof of address, right to work etc) and onboarding process of all new employees;All HR and new employee onboarding document production;General office inductions and HandS office tours for all new employees and organising of Risk and compliance, GDPR and IT inductions with compliance and IT heads for all new employees;Recording probationary period dates and advising line managers when to meet (and advising beforehand if necessary on any issues Line managers may have);Guiding Managers with staff issues;Assisting in firm''s yearly appraisal process;Monitoring aspects of Employee performance in respect of attendance records, sick leave/absences;Processing all sickness and absence forms (including payroll liaison), and arranging and dealing with Return to Work interviews (where appropriate);Managing employees'' annual leave;Maintaining all HR records;Handling internal Grievances, ..... full job details .....
