We re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Marketing and Sales Operations to lead our demand generation, brand development and GTM strategies, while streamlining sales operations to support scalable, data-driven growth. Role purpose This is a pivotal leadership role that bridges strategic marketing and commercial operations. You ll manage a high-performing marketing team, oversee marketing performance, lead GTM campaigns, and drive alignment between marketing, sales, product and customer success. You will also take full ownership of sales operations. This includes pipeline management, CRM optimisation and reporting to ensure the commercial team is equipped to scale effectively.
