Our client based in the Southampton area, a class leader in SaaS solutions for their industry, is recruiting for a Head of Sales to join them on a permanent basis. As Head of Sales, you will lead and execute the commercial strategy for our clients'' flagship SaaS and digital engagement platform.This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a commercially driven sales leader with deep automotive sector knowledge and a proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver sustained revenue growth.Candidates will be working on a national basis, so location is flexible - the Midlands would be an ideal location to cover the whole of the UK. What You''ll Be Doing:Lead the commercial sales strategy across the UK and international markets.Own revenue growth and forecasting for the SaaS portfolio, aligning sales targets with overall business goals.Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including mentoring, pipeline coaching, and target setting.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product offerings and market segments.Drive strategic relationships with OEMs, groups, and digital partners, positioning the company as a value-adding solution partner.Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and client success teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey.Report regularly to the Board and Executive team on performance, market insight, and emerging opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, thought leadership forums, and partnership ..... full job details .....
