Employment and Litigation team . This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with

3-5 years’ PQE

to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, working in a friendly and supportive environment with a strong reputation for client service and results.

The RoleThis is a mixed litigation role with a strong focus on

employment law . The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters across:

Employer and employee advisory work

Representation before Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunals

Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

General civil litigation including contractual disputes, debt recovery, and property litigation

Supporting senior solicitors on complex dispute resolution matters

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

3–5 years’ PQE with solid experience in employment law and litigation

Qualification as a solicitor in Northern Ireland

A confident approach to managing client relationships and handling advocacy where needed

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
