We are currently working with a market-leading international firm who are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Employment team within their Belfast office.The Role:The successful candidate will join a dynamic and esteemed team, working on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The candidate’s duties will include providing strategic HR advice, transactional support, supporting global mobility, and advising on claims of discrimination and diversity and trade union relations.The candidate will play a key role in directly advising a diverse international and domestic client base on cross-border and high-profile employment law matters, such as disciplinary and grievances, employment litigation, and employee reward.
