They offer a very competitive package which includes a 20% bonus scheme for Senior Quantity Surveyors.They have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business and be fully responsible for the commercial management of several projects, which include bespoke luxury houses, leisure, health and education. All are part of new build Southern Counties towns adding the full compliment of facilities around the housing projects.Having a large land bank in Hampshire and interesting new work planned for many years, this company can offer complete stability of employment.A great employer and have some excellent construction people within the business and a very positive work atmosphere. This exciting company has 40 different property designs, so their developments have a unique and very bespoke feel.This Senior Quantity Surveyor role offers itself to candidates that have a good main contracting or housing developer background. You will have a good contractual knowledge through Quantity Surveying and may have worked on luxury residential home building before.
